Regular orders for Softcover Coursebooks received before 1 pm (PT) by phone, FAX, or e-mail are usually shipped the same day via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the number of books ordered and your choice of shipping method.
One or two books are shipped via Priority Mail and usually arrive 2 to 3 days later. Three or more books are shipped via UPS and delivery times vary with destination. Tracking numbers for UPS packages will be sent automatically to e-mail address. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within 10 days of ordering. We are not responsible for postal/UPS delays.
Shipping is FREE for 4 or more coursebooks via UPS Ground only. If you prefer Priority Mail or wish your order to be sent to a PO Box, you must call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-781-5388. There is an additional charge for this service.
Orders to hospitals and other large institutions are shipped via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery.
When you place an order that requires shipping, please indicate whether the shipping address is a residence, business, or a home business. This information helps us determine the best way to ship your books to you.
You will be asked to choose your shipping preference prior to checkout. Shipping prices are added to your order when you checkout.
Rush orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders received by 2:30 pm Pacific Time are usually shipped
