Ordering

• ONLINE: To browse the catalog and put items in your Shopping Cart, you do not need to have an account with us. However, to check out and complete your purchase, you will need to have an account. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one. If you are already a customer and have a My Account set up, you will be asked to log-in before you complete your purchase. Once an account is created, the information is stored in My Account and used whenever you purchase materials from Nutrition Dimension. You do not need to give us your information again, unless it changes.

To order continuing education materials from the website, choose the Catalog for your profession from the main navigation menu. Decide what you would like to purchase and click the “Buy Now” button to add that item to your Shopping Cart. You can add as many items and types of CE products as you like to your shopping cart. Once you have all the items in your shopping cart, you can review your purchases, and make changes, or continue to shop.

When you are satisfied with your order proceed to checkout, the information stored in your account will be automatically transferred to the checkout window. Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order. Details of the order will appear in “My Account” on the Nutrition Dimension web site.

• MAIL: Print, complete and mail the order form (or use the form from your Nutrition Dimension catalog) with check, money order or credit card information. (U.S. funds only). Include profession, certification or membership number, and full street address, with apartment, unit or building number. (No P.O. Boxes please.) See the shipping chart for cost of shipping and handling fees. For special handling (such as Overnight) or international shipping, request a quote from Nutrition Dimension Customer Service by e-mail to: service@NutritionDimension.com. Electronic courses, EDnow modules, and magazine tests must be purchased online.

• PHONE: Call toll-free (US and Canada) 1-888-781-5388 during business hours Mon.-Fri, 8a.m.-4:30p.m. PT. Electronic courses, EDnow modules, and magazine tests must be purchased online.

• FAX: Print the order form or use the form from your Nutrition Dimension catalog. FAX form with all of your information including your credit card number and expiration date to (541) 488-2227. See shipping chart for cost of shipping and handling. Electronic courses, EDnow modules, and magazine tests must be purchased online.

NOTE: Electronic SpeedE ce courses cannot be ordered by mail, phone or FAX. They must be ordered on-line with your credit card.

• Purchase Orders: Institutional Purchase Orders are accepted. There is a $15 Purchase Order fee to use this option. Mail Purchase Orders to: Nutrition Dimension, PO Box 510, Talent OR 97540 or FAX to (541) 488-2227. IMPORTANT: We must have an Accounts Payable contact name and telephone number. The cost of the items ordered, shipping charges and a $15 Purchase Order fee must be included in the line items to be accepted. See shipping chart for cost of shipping and handling.
