My Account

Your Personal CE Account allows you to order CE courses, complete exams, update your account information, and print transcripts, completion certificates and invoices for your records any time.

It’s easy. If you have ever been a Nutrition Dimension customer, you already have an Account. To access it, you will need to Log In from the home page: enter the e-mail address we have on file for you, and your Customer Number, which will serve as your password. If you do not know your Customer Number, enter your e-mail address and click "Forgot Password." Your Customer Number will be e-mailed to you. (Remember to check your spam/junk folder if the e-mail is not in your inbox.) If you have more than one e-mail address, or have changed your e-mail address, you must use the one we have on file to retrieve your Customer Number. If that address is no longer active, you must contact us (link at top of page).

If you do not have an account, all you have to do is create your account from the home page of this website. We will only require information we need to process orders, ship course material and accurately award continuing education credits for the courses you have completed. You have the option of storing a credit card number in your account. We will encrypt the number and only display the last four digits of the credit card for security purposes.

Once you’re registered you can log in any time and access your account. You will be able to:

  • update your account information
  • change your password
  • review all purchases and print out invoices for any of your past purchases
  • view a list of all exams you have taken
  • view a list of exams you have not taken
  • start taking an exam or resume taking a saved exam
  • print certificates of completion
  • view and print a transcript of courses you have completed

Your account has everything you need to make earning and maintaining your credential easy.

Note: If you allow “cookies” on your computer using the Shopping Cart and My Account is easier. A cookie is placed in your computer so that you can stay logged in for up to a month after you leave our web site. Items placed in your Shopping Cart will stay there until you remove them or check out. You can re-enter My Account without logging in again to complete any unfinished tasks.

If your computer does not accept cookies, you will need to log in every time you visit the site to enter My Account.
